How to use electronic dictionaries

Beginning in September 2017, all students are permitted to use electronic dictionaries. The aim of this course is to assist teachers to feel more confident integrating the use of e-dictionaries in class and enable your students to be more aware of the intricacies of using dictionaries in general. In turn, you can then enable your students to be more aware of the intricacies of dictionary use

To this extent you will: 1 .become more familiar with the different types and models of electronic dictionaries          2. become aware of some of the basic issues that need to be addressed when students are using electronic dictionaries to translate from Hebrew to English
